Five Things to Look Forward to This Fall at Tropicana

As fall creeps up on us, it’s almost time to toss those flip flops and bathing suits back into the closet and whip out the boots and scarves. But that doesn’t mean we have to pack away all the fun.
Autumn is one of the best times of the year to visit Atlantic City! The weather is still wonderful, summer crowds have lessened, and Tropicana Atlantic City has a great variety of events, promotions, and things that’ll make you want to get here ASAP!
1. Beer & Whiskey Festival | October 13 | 2-8 P.M.
You asked for it so we brought it back! One of the most spirited events in town, Tropicana Atlantic City’s Beer & Whiskey Festival, returns Saturday, October 13 with an incredibly wide selection of over 60 beers and 30 whiskeys to sample. We’re calling all beer buffs, whiskey enthusiasts and other kindred spirits to enjoy local craft brews, distilled spirits, live music, and amazing food!
When: Saturday, October 13 from 2-8 p.m. Live entertainment featuring featuring GoodMan Fiske Band from 4-8 p.m.
Where: Grand Exhibition Center, 4th Floor South Tower

2. Ultimate Halloween Celebration | October 27
Tropicana Atlantic City serves up a creepy concoction of Halloween fun at its Ultimate Halloween Celebration on Saturday, October 27. The celebration includes a Halloween-themed light and sound show, The Rocky Horror Picture Show “Time Warp” dance on the Boardwalk, a one-time screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show at the IMAX Theatre at Tropicana, giveaways, costume, contest prizes, and food, drink and shopping specials. Other mysterious surprises lurk throughout The Quarter and beyond. The festivities begin at 7:30 p.m. on the Boardwalk and continue inside the resort from 9 p.m. until well past the witching hour.  

3. New Movies at the IMAX Theatre at Tropicana
You can look forward to some of the biggest blockbusters Hollywood has to offer, experiencing them on Atlantic City’s only IMAX screen:

4. An Evening with Melissa Etheridge – Yes I Am 25th Anniversary Tour | October 6
The Grammy winner whose hits “I’m the Only One” and “Come to my Window” topped the 90’s music charts takes the stage at the Tropicana Showroom with her latest album, Memphis Rock and Soul, October 6. This is the singer’s first album release since 2014’s critically acclaimed “This is M.E.” 8 p.m. Tickets start at $60; VIP packages with sound check sessions and photo ops also available. 5. Jay Leno | October 13
Jay Leno will bring stand-up comedy to the Tropicana Showroom October 13. Leno will take the stage at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $59. Purchase tickets here.
